Cooking Class

Tonight I went to my “What’s For Dinner” class at the Independant Store in Beaverton. They have the class every wednesday night at 6 till 7. The regular chef Myrna was not there tonight and we had Steven as our guest chef. He has done the class before and is very good at what he does. I was going to publish the recipe but I thought it made more sense to just put the link for his blog on my blog. He made the braised root vegetables in a coconut curry sauce and it was fantastice.
